Summary

I take manual, error-prone business processes and turn them into production systems: web apps, APIs, device apps, and ERP integrations. Most recently I replaced an emailed-Excel ordering workflow with a Next.js customer portal on a NetSuite SuiteScript backend — 3,500+ orders and $6.5M+ in order volume in its first six months.

I work across the stack — TypeScript, Next.js, React, C#/.NET, SQL, Azure, Docker, GitHub Actions — plus platform work in NetSuite SuiteScript and SDF, and native apps for iPad and Apple TV. As lead developer I own the full lifecycle: data modeling, API design, deployment, and the system once it is in production.

Before that: an iPad-based electronic batch-record system that replaced paper manufacturing records at a nutraceutical producer, plus the check-in kiosks, warehouse status displays, and Azure-hosted dashboards its operations teams work from.

Additional Operational Systems

Alongside the customer ordering portal, I built internal tools and display systems to improve visibility across customer pickup and warehouse workflows.

Customer check-in kiosks

Front-lobby kiosks that allow pickup customers to check in on arrival.

Warehouse order displays

TV displays showing current warehouse order status, upcoming orders, and orders falling behind schedule.

Operational dashboards

Azure-hosted display tools designed for real-time visibility into customer service, warehouse, and fulfillment workflows.

Experience

I am looking for senior full-stack and product engineering roles (remote) where I can own a problem end to end. If you need someone who can take a messy operational process and ship the system a business runs on, let us talk.
